Advertising in the Rowing Voice runs for one or six issues, and from tenths of a page to full pages. The page is A4 size (landscape) and divided into five boxes horizontally and two vertically. Any number of boxes may be used to make up a bigger area, eg 4/10th is a 2/5ths page, two boxes across and full-depth vertically.

Here are brief details of how you can also get your own news, copy and information into the Rowing Voice.
- Classified adverts: FREE for up to 30 words. Email your advert to voice@rowingservice.com marked Classified.
- News items: Anything from 50 to 200 words, on club or rowing action. Send copy to voice@rowingservice.com marked News.
- Letters: Anything not libellous or criminal is likely to be published, at the editors' discretion. Any subject at all of interest to rowers, whether mentioned in the Voice or not. Try and keep them to 250 words or less if you can - short and punchy has more impact. Long and boring letters may be cut. Address to the editor and send to voice@rowingservice.com marked For Publication. Letters should be accompanied by a name and approximate address (eg county, town or club).
- Race reports: Up to around 500 words, should be well-written, and aim to cover the whole day, not just your club. Give the reader a flavour of what happened, but do not attempt to write about all races/clubs. Detailed lists of who beat whom by how much will be stringently edited, as will pure puff. Send copy to voice@rowingservice.com marked Article.
- Features: We are happy to consider feature articles, which should be around 1000 words. Please email us at voice@rowingservice.com first to discuss.
- Obituaries: Send in whatever you like and we may edit. Write to voice@rowingservice.com marked Obit.
- RANT: 350 words please, ranting on any subject close to the hearts of rowers (positive or negative). Email to voice@rowingservice.com marked RANT.
- BOX ADVERTS: We welcome adverts large and small, from companies, clubs, events or private announcements. See above or download the Voice rate card for full information including copy dates (Word file). Write to david@rowingservice.com to discuss your advert.
